8/23/10 Workout

Warmup: 5 mins TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. Max rounds in 20 mins: 6 one arm thrusters ea side, 15 swings, 3 burpees. 8 Rounds completed. Thrusters with 26lb KB, swings with 35lb KB.

8/20 TRASHED MY HAND SO I HAD FUN WITH OTHER EXCERSICES.. 50 TIRE JUMPS, 50 RING ROWS, 50 SQUATS, 50 PUSHUPS, 50 KNEES TO ELBOWS, 50 JERKS AND 50 SWINGS

TOOK THE WEEKED OFF FOR CAMPING.. HOWEVER I DID COMPLETE MY SECOND WEEK OF PULLUPS.. YES I AM A WEEK BEHIND..

Friday Aug 20th

Was totally inspired by Sofia today. She is amazing. Made me feel a little inadequate but I know not to compare! Also having my daughter there today made my concentration level a little less than normal. Oh well.....I am glad that I at least got to get in a great workout!
