    • 1-3 strict presses
      • First rep @ 28kg
      • Second & third @ 24kg
    • 10 two-handed swings @ 28kg (first four rungs) or
    • 10 one-handed swings @ 20kg (last two rungs)

Used Car Guy’s Paleo Bok Choy, Onion, Ham Bone Soup

Banana

50g Optimum Chocolate Whey protein

Apple

1oz 88% dark chocolate

Four strips bacon

One hunk aged white cheddar

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Two scoops Jack3d

60g AfterGlow

Banana

Paleo Red Curry Beef & Yam Stew

Opti-Men multivitamin

3mg melatonin, 1000mg Tribulus

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)
