    • 3x5 bent over kettlebell rows @ 24kg

8:00a - Noon:

3 Lipo6

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Three strips bacon

Black coffee

2000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

1000mg krill oil, Opti-Men multivitamin,

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Spinach salad, grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar, tomatoes, peppers, high omega 3, HFCS-free blue cheese dressing

50g Optimum Chocolate Whey Protein

1oz 88% dark chocolate

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Steak, steamed broccoil, sweet potato fries

Banana

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate 

3mg melatonin, 1000mg Tribulus

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)
