Notes:
Back after being sick for a week. That was fun.
I've been tinkering with my nutrition quite a bit, and am still experimenting with some stuff. Do not be alarmed. :)
Basically I dropped my carbs to near nothing (30-50 grams) and re-introduced full-fat dairy. The scale weight results were pretty spectacular (11 pounds in a week) with no exercise. I think I dropped a bunch of inflamation water weight, but some was fat as well. So... I'm going to keep playing with it.

Yes, I can attest to that!
Great to have you back! Sorry you were sick for so long! And WOW on the goals you are achieving! CONGRATS!
Thanks! I've learned the secret to achieving kettlebell goals. Tell Jim your goals, and then do what he says... :)
Wow, another goal achieved already? You're a machine , Brent-Congrats! It's great you are experimenting and not just trying to follow a certain set of "rules". We all need to find what ultimately works best for our own bodies.
