Achieved my goal of strict pressing the 28kg.

 

Workout:

  • Ten ladders of
    • 1-3 strict presses @ 24kg
      • Last two rungs @ 28g for the first press
    • 1-3 ring rows
    • 1-2 minute rest between sets

 

Previous Night's Sleep:

  • 9 hours

8:00a - Noon:

25g Optimum Chocolate Whey

One sausage link

Banana

Two scoops Jack3d

60g AfterGlow

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Slicked turkey breast

One kielbasa sausage

Nachos & french fries

Unsweetened iced tea

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

50g Optimum Chocolate Whey

Banana

3mg melatonin, 1000mg Tribulus

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)

Opti-Men multivitamin

December 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!

 

Past Goals:

November 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 28kg Achieved 11-11-2011!

October 2011 goal: 100 continuous snatches.  Achieved 10-15-2011!
