  • 5x8 goblet squats @ 20kg
  • Eight ladders of
    • 1-3 strict presses @ 24kg
    • 1-3 ring rows
    • Two minute rest between sets
  • 1x1 push press @ 28kg (woot)

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

1.5 chicken apple sausage

Black coffee

2000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

1000mg krill oil, Opti-Men multivitamin,

 

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Habanero beef jerkey

Banana

Chocolate donut (naughty)

50g Higher-Power Strawberry Whey, 1T. BCAA

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Two scoops Jack3d

60g AfterGlow

Green salad with chicken, bacon, egg, blue cheese, tomato, 3T. HFCS free, high omega 3, blue cheese dressing

Mixed fresh fruit

20oz diet cola (also naughty)

3mg melatonin, 1000mg Tribulus

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)

Opti-Men multivitamin

November 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 28kg!

December 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!
