Warmup: 5 mins TGUs with 26lb and 35lb KB. Max rounds in 20 mins: 6 one arm thrusters ea side, 15 swings, 3 burpees. 8 Rounds completed. Thrusters with 26lb KB, swings with 35lb KB.
