6 Ladders, 1-3 reps: 36 presses each side with 35lb and 26lb KB and 270 swings with 44lb KB. 36 mins total.

work out 7/4 and 7/5

7/4 8 rounds... warm up 5 minutes TGU with the 35 and 44 ... 15L/15R snatches with the 44LB 5 thrusters with 35LB.. total 240 snatches 40 thrusters. a little behind on snatches but will make it up this week..

7/5 warm up 10 min TGU both 35 and 44.. then snatches.. just snatches 300 total followed by 20 reps of half TGU and 50 situps...

6/29 AND 6/30 LOG

6/29 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 snatches both left and right and mixed in knees to elbows starting with 18 reps on those.. finished off the remaining 32 snatches for a total of 200 tried a 300 yard sprint for the first time since my broken foot.. not as quick as I'd hoped but a respectable 1minute flat..

so this weekend was dedicated to staying on top of my challenge. completed 300 snatches on 6/27 and 210 on 6/28.... will finish up the 1000 for the week tomorrow..

Trip or not, I still managed to use my portable gym - 32kg kettlebell - for a smoking workout. Sometimes it is good to limit yourself to only one weight to force yourself to work on things you might overlook otherwise. I found today I need to work on the bent press way more.
