7/4 8 rounds... warm up 5 minutes TGU with the 35 and 44 ... 15L/15R snatches with the 44LB 5 thrusters with 35LB.. total 240 snatches 40 thrusters. a little behind on snatches but will make it up this week..
7/5 warm up 10 min TGU both 35 and 44.. then snatches.. just snatches 300 total followed by 20 reps of half TGU and 50 situps...
