REST DAY
Trip or not, I still managed to use my portable gym - 32kg kettlebell - for a smoking workout. Sometimes it is good to limit yourself to only one weight to force yourself to work on things you might overlook otherwise. I found today I need to work on the bent press way more.

6 ROUNDS? DIDN'T COUNT.
ALL EXERCISES WITH 32KG.
