TAEKWON-DO: 30 HYUNGS.
All alone in the dojang. Worked at about 50% power, which is unusual for me. It was good to just go through full range of motion and pay extra attention to correct balance and technique. Very productive day. I found a few errors that I may have overlooked in the past. Good training.
