6/29 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 snatches both left and right and mixed in knees to elbows starting with 18 reps on those.. finished off the remaining 32 snatches for a total of 200 tried a 300 yard sprint for the first time since my broken foot.. not as quick as I'd hoped but a respectable 1minute flat..
