6 MILITARY PRESS LADDERS, 1-4 REPS. 10 SWINGS BETWEEN EACH RUNG OF THE LADDER. ALL PRESSES AND SWINGS WITH 40KG.
TOTAL: 60 PRESSES PER SIDE; 240 SWINGS.
This seriously kicked my butt. I even combined the last ladder set into 2 sets of 5.
