Weekend Exercise

Friday:

  • Eight ladders of presses @ swings
  • First rungs of presses @ 28kg (but form wasn't the greatest)
  • Swings were a 1x10, mix of two-handed swings @ 28kg, and one-handed swings @ 20kg or 24kg

Notes:

Back after being sick for a week.  That was fun.

 

I've been tinkering with my nutrition quite a bit, and am still experimenting with some stuff. Do not be alarmed. :)

 

Basically I dropped my carbs to near nothing (30-50 grams) and re-introduced full-fat dairy. The scale weight results were pretty spectacular (11 pounds in a week) with no exercise.  I think I dropped a bunch of…

Notes:

  • Happy with my progress toward my November goal of pressing the 28kg. 
  • I was able to complete a nine rung ladder with the 24kg, so that is a good sign.  I will complete the ladder program this week, with the ten rung day scheduled for Friday.
  • Jim has me cleaning with the 28kg, so that I can get used to the weight.
