    • 4x6 push-ups
    • 4x6 bent over kettlebell rows @ 24kg

8:00a - Noon:

3 Lipo6

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Three strips bacon

Black coffee

4000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

1000mg krill oil, Opti-Men multivitamin,

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Couple hunks of cheese

Four strips bacon

Banana

Apple

25g Optimum Rocky Road Whey Protein

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Pork veggie stir fry

1oz 88% dark chocolate 

Handful of almonds

25g Optimum Cookies & Cream Whey Protein

2000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

3mg melatonin, 

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)

December 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!

It went well.  The extra rep didn't slam me too hard.  The squats definitely get my heart rate up. :)
