Friday:

  • Eight ladders of presses @ swings
  • First rungs of presses @ 28kg (but form wasn't the greatest)
  • Swings were a 1x10, mix of two-handed swings @ 28kg, and one-handed swings @ 20kg or 24kg

 

Saturday:

  • Ten rounds of
    • 1x5 goblet squats @ 24kg
    • 1x5 push ups
    • 1x5 ring rows

 

Sunday:

  • Five ladders of presses @ swings
    • Presses @ 24kg
    • 1x10 Two-handed swings @ 28kg
  • One push press @ 32kg
