8:00a - Noon:

25g Optimum Fruit Punch Whey Protein (yuck)

Two eggs, onions, jalapenos, olive oil

One thick slice of ham

Black coffee

4000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin,

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Salami, ham, cheese, tomato, pepper lettuce wrap

Banana

Apple

Four strips bacon & hunk of cheese

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

50g Optimum Chocolate Whey Protein

Three scoops Jack3d

60g AfterGlow

Paleo Chicken Pot Pie

12oz Pepsi (throw back type made with sugar instead of HFCS. Cheat, obviously)

2000ui Vitamin-D, 1000mg Tribulus

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)

December 2011 goal: One strict press, each side, with the 32kg!

I have a post-workout drink that is fruit punch and it is yuck, too. Tastes like a fruity whey which is NOT appealing (nothing like the nauseating sweetness of the AfterGlow). Luckily it was one of my prizes from the bikini comp and I didn't have to pay for it. A lot of the time whey protein is decent...sometimes you run into some nasty tasting ones. Does not make drinking your protein fun! =)
