Thanks to my good friend* Isderf for... um... "encouraging" me to get regular with my blog posts...

 

Friday:

  • Rest day

 

Saturday:

  • A bunch misc exercises at Idaho Kettlebell.  TGUs, thrusters, one handed swings, swing & release, ring rows. About 30 minutes.

 

Sunday:

  • Negative push ups
  • Four ladders of
    • 1-3 strict presses
      • First set @ 24kg
      • Second & third set @ 20kg
      • Slow negative to a count of four
    • 1-3 ring rows
    • Two minute rest between sets
  • Five sets of ten snatches @ 20kg

 

 

*  "good friend" n. Someone who will call your butt out if they think that you need it...  :)
