    • 50g. Whey MRM All Natural Whey protein, cocoa
    • Three strips bacon
    • Black coffee
    • 3g. Fish oil, 1g. Magnesium, 2000iu Vitamin D, 1g. Tribulus
  • Noon - 4:00p:
    • Romaine salad with chicken, bacon, egg, tomatoes, white balsamic vinegar, Lucini garlic olive oil.
    • Three handfuls of marcona almonds

    • Black coffee
  • 4:00p - 10:00p:
    • Four Oberto classics pepperoni (gluten & MSG free)
    • One paleo biscuit (almond flour, coconut flour, egg white, butter, baking powder)
    • Paleo sausage gravy (sausage, arrowroot powder, coconut milk, sage, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt)
    • Steamed mixed veggies with grass fed butter
    • 50g. Whey Vanilla MRM All Natural Whey protein
