Large salad from Idaho Pizza Co
1 slice of bbq chicken pizza-just the toppings. Didn't eat the crust
1/2 glass of diet soda(all my body could handle)
Dinner:
The insides of a ham sand from Subway. About 5 sunchips apple slices

Decided to get a coffee from Jolts and Juice (my 2nd favorite coffee place) Did not ask for sugar free but whoa mama I should have. I only drank half of it and my stomach was so upset most of the day. CRAZY! Next time it will be sugar free FOR SURE!

Coffee with a little bit of creamer and sf syrup(this I had to slip very slowly and only had half a cup-VERY SWEET)

At the advice of Jim and Rachelle I decided to up my food intake today. And it did make a difference. What do you know...eating more gives me more energy! HAPPY DAY!!!!

Large green salad with cucumbers, tom. brocc. hard-boiled egg, celery, carrots, cheese, sunflower seeds, turkey and ham. My sister and I attempted to make our own dressing with vinegar, EVOO, fresh grated garlic, yellow mustard and some spices. It was alright, but don't think I'll be making it again.
