Day #10 of detox:
At the advice of Jim and Rachelle I decided to up my food intake today. And it did make a difference. What do you know...eating more gives me more energy! HAPPY DAY!!!!
Breakfast:
6 small chicken sausages
2 eggs cooked in butter
small handful of almonds
Lunch:
1/2 an avacado mixed in with chicken, mustard and garlic salt over mixed veggies, and half a tomato
About 40 min pre-workout I had about a 1/4 cup of 2% cottage cheese and some carrots
WORKOUT:
20 min continuous at top of the minute
-snatches for 40 sec about 7 reps per hand in 20 sec
-ball slams for about 25 sec 9 reps
10 minutes of double kb squats 8 at the top of the minute
1/4 granny smith apple post-workout
Dinner:
Chicken breast with peas, a little cheese, bacon and sunflower seeds....an interesting combo but it worked!
I've decided to only weigh myself on Mondays during the detox so not sure how that is going but I'm feeling good. Not really dealing with any cravings(except my coffee and soda) and finally getting a little more energy! YAY!
