Day 11 of detox:
Wish I had something real witty to say like Byron but alas I do not so here's my boring post.........
Breakfast:
4 chicken sausages
1/4 cup cottage cheese
Lunch:
spinach, mozz chicken patty on a large green salad with tom, cuc, celery
carrots with almond butterr
WORKOUT:
Worked on long and short cycle clean and jerk. My left arm is really bruised right now(I need new guards)
so the hitting of the kb on my arm with the long cycle was a little too much so I did short cycle with the left and long cycle with the right.

only 5 min of burpees 5 on the minute-had to go get my daughter
Dinner:
Round steak and cooked carrots with roasted broccoli and cauliflower REALLY GOOD! EVOO with fresh garlic poured over the veggies and then baked. As soon as they come out of the oven you squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with fresh parmasean cheese! We all liked it!
