Day #12 of detox:
Breakfast:
6 chick saus
2 eggs
WORKOUT:
Tabata sets of:
-swings/ball slams
-sit-ups/burpees
-ring-rows/push-ups
squats/squat jumps
Did these with my mother-in-law today and she did awesome! Very proud of her and what she is accomplishing!
Lunch:
Spinach/mozz chicken saus with squash and mixed veggies
1/2 tomato and cucumber
1 tbs almond butter with carrots
My cousin has been staying with us for the past week and a half and he wanted to take Tim and I out tonight as a thank you. I was a little leary of going out to eat but think I did fairly well. Also went to a movie and took my own sanck as not to be tempted by the popcorn.
Went to TGIF and shared the petite steak and baby back ribs with Tim. Tried to scrape as much of the sauce off as possible. For our two sides we got broccoli and roasted mixed veggies. Very yummy!
3 slices of granny smith apple with handful of almonds during the movie!
