Day #13 of detox:

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

 

WORKOUT:

attempted long cycle jerk for 5 min ea hand but only did 4 min. Just didn't have it in me today. No worries....will be working extra hard to get ready for competition on Saturday. Going to do long cycle and snatch(as long as my hands hold up this week)

 

Lunch:

Went to Golden Corral (or as Jim would call it Golden Trough) Had a large green salad with all the veggies I could. Filled up on that as much as possible. Had a mini cheeseburger minus the bun, a little bit of chicken and a little bit of pot roast.

 

Dinner:

Ground beef patty with a slice of swiss cheese, avacado, sauteed onions and green peppers. A little mustard. Some 2% cottage cheese and carrots
