Breakfast:
Had a fiber-one bar....way too much sugar for me. Will not be doing that again
Lunch:
Large salad from Idaho Pizza Co
1 slice of bbq chicken pizza-just the toppings. Didn't eat the crust
1/2 glass of diet soda(all my body could handle)
Dinner:
The insides of a ham sand from Subway. About 5 sunchips apple slices
A couple pieces of candy
All in all today was not a good eating day for me. Was gone all day and what I learned from it was to be prepared and take my own food or most of it when I know I'm going to be gone.
On a brighter note:
I have had 3 pairs of jeans that someone gave me over 5 years ago and I have held onto them with the hopes of SOMEDAY fitting in to them. They are really expensive jeans and I didn't want to get rid of them. Well....on a whim tonight I decided to try them on and 2 of them fit! Now that is a HAPPY DAY for me! Super excited. Keeps me motivated to keep going to fit into the other pair.
No workout today
