Breakfast:
3 turk saus
made me some coffee this morning with sf syrup and sf creamer and it tasted so fake that I think I drank 2 sips before dumping it down the drain!
Some jerky with 6 almonds
Lunch:
Had a sandwich from Quiznos
WORKOUT:
6 rounds of:
-6 suitcase deadlifts with the 63s
-12 jumpsquats
-6 ball slams
-6 double cleans with the 35s
Started my "May" challenge of 100 burpees a day
Got in 50 this morning and finished with 20 super burpees this evening
Dinner:
Taco salad with lettuce, tom, ground beef, cheese and about 10 dorito chips. A little ketchup
Went on a run about 9pm. Love going running at that time. Didn't take the garmin so I don't know how long I went or how far. It was more of just an enjoyable run!
A couple of pieces of candy (gotta stop this)
