Breakfast:
3 turk saus
WORKOUT:
Tabata sets of:
sit-ups/push-ups
ball slams/jump-rope
squats/lunges w/26lb kettlebell
burpees
Lunch:
Zucchini and onions cooked in butter with mozz and spinach sausage
Dinner:
Chicken with a slice of swiss cheese, some carrots , 4 slices of granny smith apple and small handful of almonds
