Day #18 of detox:

Breakfast:

2 slices of bacon

 

Lunch:

1/2 can of chicken mixed with 1/4 avacado over cucumbers,brocc, carrots, sunflower seeds 1 slice of swiss cheese

 

10 almonds

 

WORKOUT:

Wouldn't really call tonight a workout.....practiced long cycle but didn't do that much to save my hands and wrist for Saturday. So I guess we can say today was a rest day!

 

Dinner:

Made in the crockpot:

chicken breast with onions and carrots

butternut squash

 

Will probably have a cup of peppermint tea before I go to bed!

I am kidding of course!  If I loaded up on coffees and chocolate I would probably puke from sugar overload!!!

Carrie,

I really hope you are kidding about loading up on the junk. The whole point of the detox was to break your cravings for that. Cleaning up the diet somewhat for only 3 weeks really is pointless.

It is your choice. I have no connection to the detox program. I don't sell it. The woman that designed it doesn't even know who I am. I just know that eliminating all those junk items is the way to get rid of bodyfat, and body composition goals are always 90% diet. This sure looked like a good way to do that, and that is why I recommended it.

Day 21 of detox, here we come!!  You bring the fu fu coffee and I will bring the chocolate Easter candy I stocked up on today!!! :)
