First day off of the sugar detox:
Breakfast:
Coffee with a little bit of creamer and sf syrup(this I had to slip very slowly and only had half a cup-VERY SWEET)
3 turk saus
2 eggs cooked in butter with a little parm cheese
WORKOUT:
Did a little bit of short cycle clean and jerk with the 35 and 44 but my hands still need a little healing time so did:
3 rounds of 20 burpees
550 yd run
was supposed to be max rounds in 30 min. I think I got in 20 min. We had been there quite awhile and my kiddos were ready to go! :)
Lunch:
1 slice of fuji apple
Chicken breast with carrots and cucumbers
Did have a little ranch with my veggies
beef jerky and a small handful of almonds
Dinner:
Hamburger patty with a whole wheat thin bun, slice of cheddar cheese, a little mayo, ketchup, tomato and sauteed onions.
Homeade sweet potato fries
3 small bites of watermelon
Went on a 2.5 mile run about 8:45. Had 2 of those mini candybars as soon as I was done running. They have been in my freezer for when I was done with the detox.
Overall I feel like my results were good with the detox. Depending on what day I weighed myself I lost between 5-7 lbs. And I lost at least a 1/4 of an inch on each measurement except my thigh. I really don't plan on eating that much different except with my diet soda once in awhile, fu-fu'ing my coffee(sugar free of course) and I do like a little ranch with my salads and ketchup and mayo on some of my other foods. And adding in sweet potatoes and potatoes every once in awhile with 1-2 cheat meals a week when/if needed.

You did so awesome!! Proud of you lady! Now will be learning what you can and can't tolerate and you might even find somethings you don't like anymore! =)
