Day #16 of detox:

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

3 chicken saus

2 bites of cottage cheese

 

small handful of almonds

 

Lunch:

Mozz,spinach chicken saus

3 eggs cooked in butter with a little parm cheese

 

1 tbs of almond butter with some carrots

 

WORKOUT:

Ran 4 miles

 

Dinner:

Ground beef patty w/ slice of swiss cheese

beef hotdog

broccoli

 

cup of peppermint tea

2 slices of granny smith apple

 

Today was a very weird eating day for me. Ate a ton of sausage stuff mainly because of conveinence and time. And I am noticing I had a lot of dairy today too. I'm sure I will pay for it tomorrow on the scale.

We all have those days, even when eating clean. Whether it's time or because nothing else sounds good. Don't sweat it; you're still doing awesome.
