Day #15 of detox:
Breakfast:
3 turk saus
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
WORKOUT:
Worked on long cycle clean and jerk 3 min per hand 12 reps per min
Worked on snatch 3 min per hand 19-20 reps per min
7 ball slams alternating with 7 burpees at the top of the minute for 10 min
Lunch:
1/2 can of chicken mixed with avacado, mustard, hard boiled egg, cucumber, tomato and sunflower seeds
About 7 almonds
Dinner:
Went to Red Robin to celebrate a friends birthday. Had a burger without the bun and added a slice of swiss cheese, sauteed onions and bacon with mustard and substituted fries for a side salad with no dressing.
Will admit that I got on the scale after not weighing myself for a week and had only lost 1lb. A little disappointed but hopefully my measurements will tell more when I take them next week.
