These were hard for me again tonight. Not enough ummph in me. Didn't get in as many reps as I was wanting too and some of them would have been no counts. Oh well....will keep on working on these!

Had a mix up in Emma's dance schedule so took the girls to McDonalds before her class at 6:30. I had 2 cheeseburgers minus everything but the burger and cut it up into a side salad with no dressing.
3 slices of green apple with a handful of almonds
1/2 green tipped banana
