Today was a rest workout day for me!

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

3 turkey sausages

1 banana

Smoothie made from SF FF Vanilla yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. Sipped on this almost all morning.

 

Lunch:

My "salad"

 

Snack on way home from work:

1/2 cucumber

 

Dinner:

went to my dads to pick up my kids and he had made me dinner....so sweet of him. Cooked ham wrapped in lettuce…

Time to join the band wagon....

I've been thinking for awhile now that it would be a good idea for me to have some accountability in my nutrition/eating. And keeping track of where I'm at workout wise is always good too!!!

BMI wants me anorexic

So... I'm 6'8".  According to the BMI I should be 173 - 228 lbs.

 

I think I'll go ahead and take Jim's advise and ignore that...  :)
