-Supplements: Multivitamin

-Fish Tacos: 2 large size corn tortillas stuffed with pan cooked salmon, nectarine salsa & shredded cabbage
-1 sliced radish with a tiny bit of Ranch dressing
9:30PM
-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc & Melatonin
TRAINING:
None... I'd planned on some sprints on my treadmill tonight, but will do them first thing in the morning before breakfast.
I do have a small thing to share today. Here are the abs (by Kettlebells) I'm finally able to see!
