Food/Training Log: July 20, 2011 (Pic)

FOOG LOG:

 

8:30AM

-Big cup of coffee w/creamer

10:00AM

-Bacon Omelet (minus the avocado) 

-Supplements: Multivitamin, DHEA, BCAAs 

1:00PM

-Tuna mixed with mayo, raisins, chopped walnuts & sliced celery

4:00PM

-Protein Smoothie: 1/2C Coconut Milk, 1/2C Water, 1 scoop Vanilla Protein(26g), 1T Psyllium fiber, Cinnamon, Vanilla extract & Ice

-Supplements: Multivitamin

7:00PM

-Fish Tacos: 2 large size corn tortillas stuffed with pan cooked salmon, nectarine salsa & shredded cabbage 

-1 sliced radish with a tiny bit of Ranch dressing

9:30PM

-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc & Melatonin

 

TRAINING:

None... I'd planned on some sprints on my treadmill tonight, but will do them first thing in the morning before breakfast.

 

I do have a small thing to share today. Here are the abs (by Kettlebells) I'm finally able to see!

Thanks everyone! I am doing some flexing here, but still! I just love that I didn't have to do one situp....it's all from kettlebell work!
