2 TGU with 35 lb. kb.

60 swings with 53 lb. kb.

3 TGU with 26 lb. kb.

40 swings with 53 lb. kb.

4 TGU with 26 lb. kb.

20 swings with 53 lb. kb.

5 TGU with 26 lb. kb.

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

1 egg, 2 turkey sausage, coffee with 2 tbsp. creamer

 

Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, 1 hard boiled egg, carrots, pea pods, steamed broccoli

 

Dinner:

Apple with peanut butter, fage greek yogurt with strawberries, salad with carrots, pea pods, and a little bit of reduced fat ranch
