Too tired to fix anything good, so I picked up some prepared sushi from the store. Not real bad, but quite the carb overload from the rice. Had a little Gekkein sake with it. Not a big sake fan, so only a tiny bit.

Today was only the Taekwon-Do and a few pushups. The rest of those are part of a month long challenge. I have to get the rest in some time this week.
