BMI wants me anorexic

So... I'm 6'8".  According to the BMI I should be 173 - 228 lbs.

 

I think I'll go ahead and take Jim's advise and ignore that...  :)

  • Going to consume most of my carbs (and all fruit) in the two hour window after my workout
    • Going to label all food eaten during that window
