Five minutes half-getups @ 16kg

Seven ladders: Swings & presses. (mix of 16kg & 20kg)

Two eggs, peppers, coconut oil

One chicken & apple sausage

2000IU vitamin D

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Steak, salmon, broccoli, squash

Iced tea

1000mg fish oil

banana

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Iced coffee

Banana

2 strips bacon

Diet Mountain Dew (cheat)

1000mg fish oil

Fresh pear
