Workout:

  • Two sets of five reps of half-getups (knee) @ 16kg
  • Three sets of seven reps of alternating halos & goblet squats @ 16kg
  • Three sets of 10 reps of alternating two-handed swings @ 20kg and 24 kg
    • 90 second rest between each ten swings
