Still, I drank that and had a Rockstar early, so all the nasty chemicals that are in there aren't the best. I did get my protein grams in and limited the carbs, so not all was lost.)…

I don't really have "weekends." I work and train almost every day, and never take days off of teaching. I don't have quite normal schedules on weekends, so I really eat about one big meal per day and usually fast.
