TAEKWON-DO HYUNG PRACTICE.
10 X 8 SWINGS WITH 48KG. HAVEN'T DONE SWINGS WITH THIS GUY IN A WHILE. TRIED TO KEEP THE SETS 10-15 SECONDS IN DURATION WITH AS MUCH FORCE AS POSSIBLE. LONG RESTS BETWEEN SETS.
