Pretty simple. 

Had some Wired4 pre workout and 3 MCT oil caps about 11am, then planned cheat meal with Stacey about 330pm. We hit Winger's and ate a whole bunch of wings and I had a chicken club sandwich on a lettuce wrap. Didn't avoid a huge plate of fries with it and washed it down with Bug Light.
