TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 5/21/12 - HINDU PUSHUPS, PULLUPS AND HINDU SQUATS (Repeat, repeat, repeat...)

TRAINING: 100 PULLUPS 100 HINDU PUSHUPS500 HINDU SQUATSBeen having a slight issue with one of my knees. I would call it a slight annoyance, but it really does hurt like crazy. I suspect it is due to tightness in the TFL or IT band on my left side...I figured a few squats would either loosen it up, or definitely ferret out the problem. Training Log & Nutrition Summary: Week of May 13th, 2012

TRAINING: I started a new program Tuesday which should produce some mass gains. Mid-range reps with multiple sets and a short rest period between sets. I also started incorporating sprints and heavy deadlifts on alternate days. After 4 days of this, along with my regular workouts, I'm already noticing a difference in terms of leaning down.I've also made a point to do some foam rolling after my gym workouts.  Sunday, 13th:- No workout but measurements were done. MISC:I just became aware of a new men's "fitness" competition called FIT USA. Why do so many men want to be beauty queens these days?
