NUTRITION:
I don't really have "weekends." I work and train almost every day, and never take days off of teaching. I don't have quite normal schedules on weekends, so I really eat about one big meal per day and usually fast.
Saturday:
Caffeine and MCT oil early.
About 3pm:
Huge steak, potato, salad and Omission GF ale.
Sunday:
Caffeine and MCT oil early.
Huge grass-fed hamburger and a ton of homemade fries with salad.
