Building the most reputable Taekwon-Do school

Taekwon-Do Philosophy
Universal Appeal;
Taekwon-Do philosophy is founded in work ethic, health, social interaction and constant striving.
Kim's Taekwon-Do's constant message: Progress, Peace and Love, as well as the Tenets of Taekwon-Do (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control, and Indomitable Spirit) could easily serve as a moral compass, by which any human could live his or her…

Non-Contact Theory
A Series of Compromises:
Before discussing the merits of non-contact martial art, it is important to realize its limitations and advantages in relation to contact martial art, both with and without padding, and take steps to ensure they are overcome in the training environment. Any combat training method must balance a need for realistic application with the safety and longevity of its…

Taekwon-Do History
Taekwon-Do's official, documented history begins in 1955, when it was recognized as a Korean martial art, after the name Tae (foot) kwon (fist) Do (Way), was suggested by General Choi Hong Hi, a second-degree black belt in Japanese Karate and supposedly a practitioner of the obscure Korean foot fighting art of Tae Kyon. TRAINING:
100 PULLUPS
100 HINDU PUSHUPS

Been having a slight issue with one of my knees. I would call it a slight annoyance, but it really does hurt like crazy. I suspect it is due to tightness in the TFL or IT band on my left side...I figured a few squats would either loosen it up, or definitely ferret out the problem. Hey, I could just tough it out on a foam roller, or...

MISC:
I just became aware of a new men's "fitness" competition called FIT USA. Why do so many men want to be beauty queens these days? Gentlemen: If your fitness routine involves the use of fake tanning, oil, and "poses" instead of fighting, handling weapons under stress, moving fast and lifting heavy stuff, then maybe you really do NEED all those testosterone booster products that I hear ads for all the time.
TRAINING:
4 Rounds of mixed Tabata…
