Building the most reputable Taekwon-Do school

In building the most reputable school, the head instructor should first look to building themselves into a reputable and capable martial artist. When a martial art instructor identifies themselves as such, they must embody the following characteristics:

Taekwon-Do: Philosophy - 4th Degree Candidate Paper

Taekwon-Do Philosophy

Universal Appeal;

Taekwon-Do philosophy is founded in work ethic, health, social interaction and constant striving.

Kim's Taekwon-Do's constant message: Progress, Peace and Love, as well as the Tenets of Taekwon-Do (Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-control, and Indomitable Spirit) could easily serve as a moral compass, by which any human could live his or her…

Taekwon-Do: History. 4th Degree Candidate Paper

Taekwon-Do History

Taekwon-Do's official, documented history begins in 1955, when it was recognized as a Korean martial art, after the name Tae (foot) kwon (fist) Do (Way), was suggested by General Choi Hong Hi, a second-degree black belt in Japanese Karate and supposedly a practitioner of the obscure Korean foot fighting art of Tae Kyon. But, it is not easy to track the true origins of Taekwon-Do, because different accounts of its history…

TRAINING:

100 PULLUPS

100 HINDU PUSHUPS

500 HINDU SQUATS

Been having a slight issue with one of my knees. I would call it a slight annoyance, but it really does hurt like crazy. TRAINING/NUTRITION BLOG: 5/17/12 - Last Week of Tabatas.

MISC:

I just became aware of a new men's "fitness" competition called FIT USA. Why do so many men want to be beauty queens these days? Gentlemen: If your fitness routine involves the use of fake tanning, oil, and "poses" instead of fighting, handling weapons under stress, moving fast and lifting heavy stuff, then maybe you really do NEED all those testosterone booster products that I hear ads for all the time.

TRAINING:

4 Rounds of mixed Tabata…
