4th degree black belt exam day. This was actually a very easy training day, but that is only because EVERY training session I have done since last year has been geared towards this goal. I passed the test and now have black stripes on the sides of my uniform pants (I keep thinking I have someone else's pants!).

NUTRITION LOG:

Obviously, the nutrition had been strict up until Saturday. I really didn't indulge too much then, because I was too tired to have much of an appetite. Stacey took me to Tucano's Saturday night and I ate tons of their meats with a huge salad. I had two of their margaritas that had very little sugar in them, so no real damage done there. 

Today's stuff was pretty standard and strict. Will log more the rest of the week.
