Been having a slight issue with one of my knees. I would call it a slight annoyance, but it really does hurt like crazy. I suspect it is due to tightness in the TFL or IT band on my left side...I figured a few squats would either loosen it up, or definitely ferret out the problem. Hey, I could just tough it out on a foam roller, or...

5/19 AND 5/20 REST DAYS.
Yes, I took two whole rest days. Haven't done that in months. Didn't really feel that good.

8am-
200mg caffeine

830am-
Pork BBQ jerky and raw almonds, 3600mg fish oil, 1 cod liver oil cap, 2000iu vitamin D

230pm-
3 cans of sardines (about 10oz).
1 whole avocado with lime, salt and pepper
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 cod liver oil capsule
2000iu vitamin D

430pm-
2.5 scoops Jack3D

730pm-(postworkout)
1 banana
about 15 raw almonds

10pm-
About 16oz of BBQ ribs...I used Stubbs BBQ sauce, which is not ideal (A dry rub would be better), but it has no HFCS in it and not a ton of sugar, since I got a hot one.
huge spinach salad with homemade dressing
About 2oz of 88% pure dark chocolate
1 cod liver oil capsule
3000mg flax oil
2000iu vitamin D

12am:
I will take 3 ZMA capsules and 3mg melatonin
