100 burpees 1st thing in the morning

 

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

coffee with sugar free syrup

 

Lunch:

Meeting at work today during lunch....ordered in Subway. Had a salad with ham and turkey with lots of veggies and honey mustard dressing on the side which I barely used any

 

 

WORKOUT:

10 sets of 8 double kb squats with the 26s on the minute

10 sets of 10 reverse lunges per leg with about 30 sec rest between sets

Walking lunges across the gym mats about 10 times

10 sets of 5 ball slams every 30 sec

 

Dinner:

Ground beef in a large green salad with carrots, brocc, cucumbers and 2 tbs of ranch

7 grapes
