I didn't realize the stuff was homemade. That actually makes all the difference in the world.

I would definitely not give up the eggs, just realize that unless they are some kind of organic eggs they probably have an imbalance of omega6 to omega3 fats (you want to try to get as much omega3 as possible). The fish oil is a great way to balance that out.

Actually, your logs look good. I would say about 85% perfect, which is about as strict as anyone can be consistently. The results are speaking for themselves. You are doing great.

Thanks for the input! The hamburger was BBQd at our house. Is that still not a good option? And the sweet pot fries were baked. But will try to stay away from those for the most part. A little confused on the eggs also. I thought that these were a good option to get my protein in. I don't have them every day, maybe 2 to 3 times a week. Will try the 3 fish oil capsules at every meal. Have been taking 3 in the morning but will add the othere 6.

This looks like less than 100gr of protein and way more carbs than you need if you are trying to cut fat. Also, there is very little in the way of healthy fat in this. The fats in the hamburger and cheese, and any eggs that are not omega3 enriched cause inflammation and water weight gain.

Here is what I would do:

Take 3 fish oil capsules with every meal.

Do not use any mayo or ketchup. The mayo likely has canola or soybean oil and the ketchup is just about pure sugar.

The sweet potato fries are OK if they are cooked in coconut oil, but not if they are fried in vegetable oil or any other type of oil.

The sugars trigger the insulin response, which causes fat storage. Here is a link to an awesome video that illustrates it. Avoiding things that cause this are key. The part on insulin starts at about 3:00. Oh, and it is a video on obesity, but you are definitely no where near obese.
