TRAINING: MIXED TABATA KICKING/KETTLEBELL SWING DRILLS X 4. 4-MINUTE ROUNDS.
(Basic kicking drills mixed with 40kg kettlebell swings.
Warmed up with 15 hyungs.
NUTRITION: Not that I am really cycling carbs or anything like that, but today was pretty high carb and fairly low on the protein.
7am- 200mg caffeine
650mg Korean ginseng
8am- beef jerky, raw almonds, 3600mg fish oil, 1 cod liver oil capsule 2000iu vitamin D
1pm- 3 eggs
4 strips of bacon
one whole large potato, sliced and cooked in the leftover bacon grease with some onion
3600mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule
2000iu vitamin D
430pm- 2.5 scoops Jack3D
650pm-postworkout 2 scoops Cytogainer
10pm- Huge spinach salad with one whole large avocado, bunch of broccoli, red onion, feta cheese and my homemade basalmic vinaigrette (I think this might be the best dressing ever, just basalmic vinegar, EVOO and some salt and pepper...just eyeballed the amounts of all when mixing it).
1 large baked potato with tons of butter and full fat sour cream.
FYI: On sour cream, the only kind that I can find that is pure sour cream is Daisy brand. Every other kind at the stores I usually shop at have some kinds of fillers in them, like corn starch. 3600mg flaxseed oil

From a practical standpoint, they are used at all heights, but the ability to throw them anywhere is a good thing. And practicing them chin height over and over just means you can throw a low kick even faster. This drill was about keeping technique under max load and building the cardiovascular efficiency up to maximum.
