1/2 slice of homeade apple pie ( a patient brought this in today and it was TO DIE FOR! Sooooooo yummy!)

 

Workout:

Ran 4 miles.....1st time in awhile that my ITband didn't bother me. Yay for foam rolling! :)

The office ordered in chinese food today. I had some left over broc and cauliflower that I mixed in with about 2 spoonfuls of pork fried rice, had about 4 pieces of mand chicken and some vegetable stir-fry. I LOVE chinese food but felt satisfied with all the veggies I threw in there too!

Had a deep tissue massage and chiro. treatment this morning. Really worked me over. Thought that I would be ok to go work out afterwards but soon discovered that my body was telling me otherwise. As I write this I have a heat pack on my lower back. I am SO ready to get all of this worked out so that I can get on with working out hard!

So my workout really wasn't much.....did 3 min sets of LC Clean and jerk with Carrie....then did 100 hindu…
