Weighed 230# this evening. I think I'm holding on to some water weight as a result of hitting 800mg of IBU 3x in the past 24hrs, to offset a little soreness. I hate that stuff!

Huge spinach salad with red onion, radishes, raw sunflower seeds, cucumber, and vinaigrette dressing

(It didn't really even taste good. I think my taste for sweets is officially gone. I feel a little hung over from it, though. I know it isn't from the small amount of wine I had.)
